Ongoing Support

TSI has a team of qualified tradespeople and highly‐skilled engineers who can support your operations and/or train your workforce. For the installation, you have two options:

  • Trac System

  • Manual System

  • TSI Engineering can provide maintenance labor at our standard schedule of rates.

  • CUSTOMERS can use your maintenance labor to perform installation works, with TSI Engineering providing training and onsite supervision (until such time CUSTOMERS are adept at completing the tasks without our support).

We are experts at transfer points and provide a holistic view on belt life and performance. We can undertake maintenance and review of the costs that our TRAC SKIRT SYSTEM™ will deliver.

Customer Comments

Russell Atkins

CONVEYOR SHUTDOWN SPECIALIST

"We chose the Trac Skirt unit because of the added benefits of elimination of confined space, elimination of man-handling in a confined space and the reduction of man-handling outside of the chute."

Brady Barlow

ORE TREATMENT TECHNICIAN

"We haven't had a single unplanned breakdown between our 13 week shuts whereas with our previous systems we had multiple breakdowns."
